1980 -1981 Pulau Bidong Refugee camp sketches - La Toan Vinh ...La Toan Vinh is a Vietnamese-Canadian artist and mail artist based in Montreal, recognized for his sketches documenting the Pulau Bidong refugee camp (1981-1982). Trained at the École des Beaux Arts Nationale in Saigon, he creates works focusing on visual memory and mail art networking. His art is documented by the Malaysia Design Archive.
