He is currently based in Montreal, Canada.Key Aspects of His Life and Work:Pulau Bidong Refugee Camp (1980–1982): After leaving Vietnam, Vinh lived in the Pulau Bidong refugee camp in Malaysia, where he created over 100 sketches and paintings documenting daily life. During this time, he served as the Chief of Fine Art for the UNHCR Education Division.Mail Art & Photography: Vinh is an active member of the International Union of Mail-Artists (IUOMA).
