Latoanvinh biography + La Toàn Vinh is a multidisciplinary visual artist, mail artist, and photographer originally from Vietnam, currently based in Montreal, Canada. He is best known for documenting life in the Pulau Bidong refugee camp and for his contributions to international mail art networks and New York's cultural scene.
